A “Pipe Dream” Come True

Flashback to September 1993 – Dominic Sigillo, having been in the plumbing supply business for over 20 years, decided to fulfill a growing desire to start his own company. From this desire, and the dining room of Dominic's home, Sigillo Supply was born. Dominic had the experience, but more importantly, he had the passion and commitment to establish and keep Sigillo Supply up and running.

Joe Sigillo, Dominic's brother and 25+ year veteran of the plumbing industry himself, joined Dominic in what would now be a family business. A few months later, the two brothers moved shop from Dominic's dining room to the warehouse at 1623 Yosemite in San Francisco, CA, where the company's single location and global headquarters reside today.

Philip Sigillo, the youngest of the brothers, came on board in January of 1996. The legacy of Sigillos in the plumbing supply business continues now that Jaime Sigillo, Dominic's daughter, has joined the company. She moved back to San Francisco from Orange County on the 28th of September and began work on October 1, 2003. No rest for the weary...or a Sigillo!

Sigillo Supply is not just made up of Sigillos however. Other members of the Sigillo Supply team include Kevin Bowers and Bev Murphy and the recently welcomed Luis Mayorga and Don “Hawkeye” Nelson – each contributing their many skills and talents to keep the company growing on a daily basis.

The Sigillo family is dedicated to supplying all plumbing and industrial supply needs – soup to nuts, as well as niche wholesaling. They thrive on daily requests and appreciate the nuances of the business including locating an oddball item or having a custom piece fabricated. Open 365 days a year (even though the warehouse may be closed), Sigillo Supply is always available to service their customers, even in a pinch.

Today, Sigillo Supply is eight members strong and continues to live by the mission statement developed by Dominic in 1993 – have fun!
